The Board of Directors of AIRROC is pleased to announce our new Mission and Vision:

AIRROC’s VISION is to be the legacy market leader through education, collaboration, and innovation.
AIRROC’s MISSION is to foster a sustainable legacy market and provide value by engaging stakeholders, sharing knowledge and developing leaders.
In July 2024, the Board of Directors, Advisory Council, and NextGen Council held a half-day in-person strategy session to look ahead as the organization marks its 20th year, and to review its future goals. One of the key objectives was to revisit and recalibrate our Vision, Mission and Core Value statements that is forward looking and builds upon elements on which AIRROC was founded.
Previous successful strategic planning and implementation have led to growth in membership, additional corporate partner support, increased educational offerings, industry recognition, and enhanced advocacy efforts. To maintain its leadership in the rapidly growing legacy sector, AIRROC must continue to adapt and innovate. Reflection and focus on our organizational culture is essential to this process; to ensure continued alignment with our purpose, values and long-term goals that will lead to ongoing success.
A diverse team was assembled to offer fresh perspectives and viewpoints. The team conducted an exercise to identify and update the AIRROC core values to be used as a guide in leadership and staff performance, decision-making, and serving as standards for member and stakeholder engagement.
This resulted in the identification of the following agreed upon core values for which AIRROC will embrace as guiding principles going forward:

A focus group of the board took these core values to heart in developing the new Mission and Vision. As the only association representing and supporting the US legacy insurance sector, AIRROC will continue to uphold the values of our members and forge our way ahead into the next 20 years and beyond.
