As NYC opens up and welcomes back visitors, AIRROC was glad to be able to do the same! Our first in-person membership meeting in two years was hosted from the 30th Floor offices of Norton Rose Fulbright. The spacious modern office was a perfect backdrop for 125 in-person attendees and another 70 online that joined us for the live streamed education day. It was great to see our AIRROC “family” and to catch up after such a long time.
A few highlights included:
- The AIRROC Board presented immediate past chair Bill Teich (The Hartford) with a 3D Model of Fenway Park as a thank you for his 3 years of leadership to the AIRROC Board.
- New board chair Bill Goldsmith (AIG) ran his first board meeting in-person!
- We also conferred AIRROC’s 22nd CLP (Certified Legacy Professional) designee, Michael Diggin of Swiss Re.
- We hosted a reception to a full crowd as we all reconnected with colleagues and friends.
- Our first “live stream” from a Spring meeting generated a lot of interest for those that couldn’t be there in person. Topics included Ransomware, Black Lung, Opioids, All Sums, Weed – summaries of all of the sessions are featured here.
