AIRROC is pleased to announce that its board leaders remain the same for a second year in a row. Heading up the board are Chair Bill Goldsmith (AIG), along with Co-Vice Chairs Tom Mendralla (Swiss Re) and Betsy Mitchell (A.G. Risk Management). The board supporting officers are Marianne Petillo (ROM), Treasurer, Megan McHugh (Brandywine), Secretary and Susan Aldridge (Norton Rose) who serves as the associations’ General Counsel.
The Chair and Co-Vice Chairs, collectively serve as AIRROC’s Executive Committee along with Executive Director, Carolyn Fahey. Bill Goldsmith is an Associate General Counsel at AIG, Tom Mendralla is a Vice President and Portfolio Management Lead Expert Legacy with Swiss Re, and Betsy Mitchell is a Reinsurance Manager with A.G. Risk Management. They have a wealth of experience in the industry and embody the spirit of AIRROC with a long history of dedicated service, both on the board of directors and in leadership positions on key committees within the organization.
AIRROC also welcomes two new Directors just elected by the membership:
- Judy Harnadek, Vice President of Reinsurance Issues, Resolute Management. Judy is currently responsible for securing the reinsurance assets of various client companies in LPT’s. She manages formal and informal dispute resolution processes for the group, and she serves as a senior resource on all things reinsurance.
- Eric Pince, Actuarial Director, Willis Towers Watson. Eric joined WTW in 2021 where he is a central member of WTW’s legacy liability valuation team. He also has worked as an Independent Expert for Insurance Business Transfers.
Betsy Mitchell (A.G. Risk Management), Marianne Petilo (ROM), and Michael Terelmes (Compre) were also re-elected as Directors in the last election cycle.
